What is Detox?

Detox, short for detoxification,
in general is the removal of toxic
substances from the body.

Type of detox :Alcohol Detox, Body Detox,
Drug Detox, Detox Diet and etc.

Why Are Our Bodies Toxic?

Americans and people all over the world have taken on very unhealthy diets and have no idea what it is doing to our bodies Did you know the average American consumes 150 pounds of sugar yearly. This breaks down to roughly 52 tablespoons of sugar daily. This is an alarming rate. Many of the junk foods we consume contain harmful additives, chemicals, and many are filled with excitotoxins such as MSG and aspartame. These substances can literally stimulate neurons to death, causing serious brain damage. Sound serious, it is, the food industry knowingly adds these dangerous substances all in the name of making a buck. The average human could be a host for a hundred parasites alone. The thought alone makes me sick to my stomach.
